This is one of the most
original ideas for a mod I've seen. The
actual name for it is, "Shoulder
Mounted Automatic Creamed Corn Launcher".
The title was to long to fit properly.
Anyway, this mod has a
decent model to it featuring what looks
like a nice little creamed corn canister
for a clip. I don't really like the size
of the model for it takes up to much
screen space and the skin could've used
some more work as well.
It replaces your nailgun,
which I don't think was good idea because
the nail gun is a vital weapon in my
opinion. It also uses shotgun shells for
its ammo which brings up the next problem.
If you use this during single player you
my find yourself left without ammo. Since
the corn launcher will be where your
nailgun usually sits, you will be
collecting nails for no reason. Then once
you run out of shotgun shells you are
stuck, where before you could switch to
the nailgun.
Overall, this mod is totally
original and fun to play with. An
improvement would be if it used nails
instead of shells, if anything it's worth
the download just to see the yellow
splats of corn hitting a grunt upside the
head.
