    The Goblin Stronghold by undeaddemon

Goblins? Goblins? You'd wanna be goblin to play this CTF map!! It's unbelievably tight, which is very dangerous if you're wielding a Rocket Launcher. It would seem to me that the author has converted a custom Quake CTF map to Quake3 format (which CAN be done people) which would account for all the smallness, because the Quake3 player model is about twice the size of the original Quake guy. So that's the construction side - crap!

Otherwise the map is playable, but really only with 3 on each team. Some of the features are great (like grenade traps around the BFG) but I don't know if these are to be accredited to the author - sorry. It comes with a .arena file, which is notable for maps of this type - the author went to some trouble at least. Bots don't seem to complain as much as I do, so if you like to play offline this is one to get. Remember, never fire a Rocket Launcher in a room so small that you can't even swing your dead m8's corpse a full 360º!!!
