Small CTF map ideal for about 8 players. It's actually a remake of TonyCTF3 from Classic Quake, which was also converted to Quake2 as StarCTF1. I know this because it is available on my own Quake2 site, and I have played it millions of times. Therefore, I can vouch for the playability of this map, bigtime!
Construction is good (a few brush errors) but I have a big problem with the angle of elevation on the various stairs in the map - they just don't look right. The lighting is nice, especially in the centre of the map near the lava. A couple of new touches have been added, so it's not an exact remake. This is a good thing as far as I am concerned and shows the author is not lazy.
The bot file is well done, a good offline game is pretty much guaranteed. I'm not sure that many servers are running this map - I haven't seen it yet. Probably because it's so small. Keep this one for LAN parties with your m8s - I recommend 3on3 CTF for maximum enjoyment :)
